Neighborhood Grants

Two grants are available to homeowner associations to enhance their neighborhood common areas.  The next deadline to apply will be October 13, 2023. After this date, the applications will be reviewed by the City and letters will be mailed out.  After being notified of grant approval by the City, associations may install the improvements.  All projects are subject to applicable codes and permitting requirements.  Grant recipients submit documentation once the work is done.  Reimbursement checks are then mailed out.

Applications may be dropped off or mailed to City Hall, Community Development, 750 Main Street, Safety Harbor, FL 34695.  All documentation listed in the application is required.  Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
