Utility Bill E-Notification Signup Request

Instructions

Thank you for your interest in the Safety Harbor Electronic Bill Notification.  Once you request this service, you will receive only one additional paper utility bill by mail.  Instead, you will receive an email every month when your utility account statement bills.

When you complete the Utility E-Notification Signup Request and click the Submit button, your request will be received.  A confirmation of your sign up for Electronic Bill Notification Services will be sent to your email address(es) within 2 business days.

You can provide up to two email addresses to receive your utility bill.  The monthly email will contain a link to login to the online utility billing payment system.  If you do not wish to pay online, you can still login to view account history.  

You may also sign up for this service by completing a form at City Hall.

Please be advised that email addresses submitted for this service are subject to Florida's Broad Public Records Laws.
