City utility customers have the ability to access utility accounts and pay bills online. Creation of your password requires that you have available your account number and the amount of your last payment. Your account number will be on any past bill and must be entered exactly as shown, with the hyphen and no spaces.
If you are a new customer and have not made a payment yet, you can call our Utilities Department during normal business hours at 727-724-1555, option 2 to be given a password. You will need to have a valid, accessible email address for your interactions with our website. Our normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of some holidays.
