E-Government Online Utility Billing
City utility customers have the ability to access utility accounts and pay bills online. Creation of your password requires that you have available your account number and the amount of your last payment. Your account number will be on any past bill and must be entered exactly as shown, with the hyphen and no spaces.
If you are a new customer and have not made a payment yet, you can call our Utilities Department at 727-724-1555, option 2 to be given a password. You will need to have a valid, accessible email address for your interactions with our website.

Our online utility billing requires a web
browser that supports at least HTML 4.0. If you experience technical
difficulties, please make sure you are running the most current version
of your web browser.
Please make sure that your computer has the correct time and date.
If you have not received the confirmation or
password email, please check your email spam folder in case it was
filtered as being junk mail.
If you are unable to log in, it often helps to
delete all temporary internet files and cookies from within your web
browser. Then close out the browser, open it, then try to log in again.
Further questions may be emailed
to the Utilities Department, or call 727-724-1555, option 2. We will
respond to your inquiry during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. to
4:30 pm, Monday through Friday with the exception of some holidays.
