Young ones will develop early literacy skills as they participate in an interactive story time followed by a take-and-make craft. **NEW** Ages 2-5 years. ***Space is limited, and 50 tickets will be given out 30 minutes before the program begins.

Wee Discoveries

Tuesday, September 9, 11:00 am.
Ages 5 and under. Play with age -appropriate discovery stations that explore STEAM concepts. Several age-appropriate discovery stations that explore STEAM concepts are set up around the meeting room. Families can visit each station at their own pace. Adult participation required. 70 tickets will be given out 30 minutes before the program starts.

Teen Creative Writing Cafe

Wednesday, September 10, 5:00 pm.
Aspiring teen writers can share their work and get tips and constructive feedback from local author Laura Kepner and their peers. Café style beverages will be available. Beginners welcome. Registration preferred in order to anticipate how much coffee and tea to provide.

Tween Creative Writers Group

Wednesday, September 10, 6:00 pm.
Join local author Laura Kepner for a tween creative writing group. Kids should bring a notebook and something to write with and any story they are currently writing or have written. If they choose to read, they will have between five and ten minutes, depending on attendance. The group will go over plot, pacing, characters, and setting.

Act, Sing, Dance!

September 11, 5:00 pm.
Act, Sing, Dance... at the Library! (Ages 5-12): Thursday, September 11, 5:00 - 6:00 pm. Explore the magic of musical theatre through singing, dancing, and acting. No experience needed—just bring your imagination and let the show begin!

Baby & Me Story Time

Friday, September 12, 10:30 am.
Enjoy special time with your baby while you listen to stories, sing songs, enjoy knee bouncers, twinkle lights, and bubbles, followed by a play session.
