Children's materials have been moved to other areas of the library and can still be checked out, and we have new areas for families to read and relax. Programs are now either being held off-site, or in other locations within the library. Please check the calendar for details.

Adventure begins at your library! Take a picture with your PPLC library card wherever you go this summer! Photographs may be taken near or far. Please no people in the focus of your photograph, although people in the background are fine. Submit your entry here.

Terrific Tuesday: Mad Science- Up, Up & Away

Tuesday, June 18, 11:00 am.
Ages 4-10. This program will be held at Harborside Church  Children will see a hot air balloon rise into the air, flying toilet paper, and even get the chance to watch a hovercraft in action as they learn about air pressure and flight.

Inclusive, safe, monthly hangout for LGBTQ+ teens and teen allies. This month, we will be giving away LGBTQ+ YA books. While supplies last.

Held at the Harborside Church. Young ones will develop early literacy skills as they participate in an interactive story time and take home craft.

SAT Calculator Strategies Workshop

Saturday, June 22, 4:00 pm.
This is a virtual program held over Zoom.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the SAT math section? Join Carla Barry for her SAT Calculator Strategies Workshop and learn how to master the use of your graphing calculator for the test. In this workshop, Carla Barry will teach you the most effective strategies to use your calculator to your advantage, maximizing your performance and confidence on test day.  Please note that you can borrow TI-84 Plus CE graphing calculators from the Safety Harbor Public Library. Grades 6-12. Register here.
