Our meeting room has a unique design which can be divided into two separate areas by a sliding partition. (Side A holds 40. Side B holds 70 people.)  There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave on side B. Both sides feature an overhead projector with a DVD/VCR and screen, along with WiFi access.  These rooms are available for rental for businesses and private functions.  Non-profit organizations can reserve meeting rooms for no cost during normal operating hours, with proof of 501(c)(3) or non-profit status.  If a reservation is requested beyond regular Library hours, a staff fee will be charged. 

Our Smart Conference Room holds 14 people in a boardroom atmosphere.  There is a Smartboard, WiFi access, an overhead projector with DVD/VCR and projectable Smart Screen.  This room is available for rental for businesses and private functions. Non-profit organizations can reserve a meeting room for no cost during open hours with proof of non-profit status.

Once meeting rooms are reserved online, your meeting will be approved via email.  Please make note of your reservation Confirmation Number.  Reservations are not confirmed until approved.

Study Rooms Calendar

Study Room - A:  Capacity 6
Study Room - B:  Capacity 6

Study Rooms are available on a walk-in basis, but must be reserved though our Online Room Reservation System upon arrival. They may also be reserved online for future reservations. Study Rooms may be reserved up to 3 months in advance.  One reservation is allowed per person every two days.  Reservations are limited to 3 hours.

 

Library approval is not required for reservation of study rooms.  Please make note of your reservation confirmation number.

There are two smaller quiet, private study rooms (with doors) also available on a walk-in basis, as well as study carrels in the adult area.

Meeting Room A&B is compatible with hearing aids equipped with a T-coil.  Simply set the T-coil to the 'on' position.
