Spend quality time connecting with family while exploring the benefits of yoga outdoors! Through playful movement, mindful breathing, and partner yoga poses, we'll increase our flexibility, strengthen the body, calm the mind, and most importantly-HAVE FUN! Class ends with a relaxing meditation to allow the sights and sounds of nature take you and yours peacefully energized into the weekend. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat, towel and water.
