Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. Falls are preventable! A Matter of Balance program is a free, OAA grant-funded, evidence-based, fall prevention program designed to reduce falls and increase activity levels. The program consists of two-hour classes, twice a week for four weeks. All participants must attend the first class and be willing to attend the next six of the 8 classes. Workbooks will be provided. Starting on the third day of the program, there will be 45 minutes of light exercises to increase balance and reduce falls.

Let's bowl the afternoon away! It's interactive bowling on the big screen... all without the heavy ball and funny shoes. This game is perfect for active adults and those with limited mobility. We eat lunch together every Wednesday, so bring your appetite!

Getting fit doesn't have to feel like work. This class is beneficial for people of all fitness levels. Traditional Belly Dance and Chair Belly Dance are both options for this fun, unique, and exhilarating fat burning class. This program proves that anyone can dance off the inches.
