Students work on holding poses for five breaths, increasing stability, endurance, and balance while stretching and lengthening large muscle groups. Suitable for all levels. Similar to the Western card game rummy, Mah Jongg is a game of skill, strategy, calculation, and involves a degree of chance. The game is played with a set of 144 tiles based on Chinese characters and symbols. All game sets are provided, just bring your own Mah Jongg Card.
