"Safety Harbor Generations" Art Dedication - Saturday!

Yesterday we sent this announcement with the time incorrectly stated as 9pm. The correct time is at 9am (much more convenient!) and this has been corrected.

“Generations of Safety Harbor” was created J. Harrison Smith with accent work by artist Heather Richardson and installed in 2005. The sculptures were removed due to vandalism and needed repairs. The Sculptures are being reintroduced to their new setting at Mullet Creek Park. The artwork adds to this passive park and serves as a focal point as visitors enter the park. The park consists of art walls, Adirondack chairs, demonstration garden, swings and a small playground.

The City of Safety Harbor is honored to bring this artwork back to the community of Safety Harbor and thanks the artists for their talent, commitment and hard work! Join us this Saturday 8/31 at 9am at Mullet Creek Park to take part in this historic Safety Harbor event.
