Youth Services Programs for March 23-29, 2019


Saturday, March 23

  • LEGO League: (Ages 3-12) 12:00-4:00 pm. Bring your friends and join us for creative building with LEGOS.

Monday, March 25

  • Story Tots: (Ages 19 months to 4 years) 10:30 am. Young ones will develop early literacy skills as they participate in an interactive story time. 
  • Homework Help: (Grades 1-8) 3:00-6:00 pm. Teen volunteers will be at the library to assist students with their homework. There is no Homework Help on holidays or during school breaks.

Tuesday, March 26

  • Wee Discoveries: (Ages 5 and under) 11:00am -12:30 pm. Play with age-appropriate discovery stations designed to encourage creativity in learning with STEAM goals in mind. Adult participation required.
  • Anime Club: (Grades 6-12) 4:30-5:30 pm. Watch and discuss anime.

Wednesday, March 27

  • Story Tots: (Ages 19 months to 4 years) 10:30 am. Young ones will develop early literacy skills as they participate in an interactive story time.

Thursday, March 28

  • Toddler Sign Language: (Ages 12-24 months) 10:00 am
  • Baby Sign Language: (Ages 0-3) 10:30 am
  • Teen Dungeons & Dragons Club- Tarot Cards Campaign: (Grades 6-12) 5:00-7:30 pm. Arm yourself for an adventure and take part in the Dungeons and Dragons Club! Beginner and experienced players welcome. Registration begins on February 7.

Friday, March 29

  • Baby & Me Story Time: (Ages 18 months and under) 10:30 am. Enjoy special time with your baby while you listen to stories, sing songs, and learn fingerplays, followed by a play session.
  • Super Smash Bros Brawl and Ultimate Tournament: (Grades 6-12) 4:30-5:30 pm. Compete against fellow teens for your chance to win candy prizes.
