The Safety Harbor Library Foundation invites you to swing with jazz vocalist Christiana Drapkin and the La Lucha band on a joyous romp through jazz standards, featuring John O’Leary on piano, Alejandro Arenas on bass, and Mark Fineman on drums. The show is Thursday, January 31, at 7:00 pm, with refreshments at 6:30 pm.

Tickets are $15.00, with proceeds for the Foundation’s capital campaign, Let’s Build a Story, a 20/20 Vision, to raise funds for a second floor meeting room. Tickets may be purchased online at SafetyHarborLibraryFoundation.org, prior to the show at the Library, or at the door, if still available. Only 125 open seating tickets sold.

Jazz vocalist Christiana Drapkin has been performing in New York and on the East Coast for over twenty years. She is noted for her lyrical and highly personal delivery of ballads and for her abandoned yet artful scat improvisations. Christiana's singing is deeply immersed in the rich traditions of Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald and Carmen McRae.
