Children's Programs: November 5-10, 2017


Toddler Story Time: (Ages 18 months to 3 years) Monday, November 6, 10:30 am. Young ones will be introduced to language and literature as they listen to stories, sing songs, and do finger plays.

Homework Help:  (Grades 1-8) Monday, November 6, 3:00-6:00 pm.  Bright Futures Scholarship students will be at the library to assist students who are struggling with their homework. There is no Homework Help during school breaks. Sign up at the Youth Services Desk when you arrive. 

Music with Mar with Miss Karen: (Ages 6 months-5 years) Tuesday, November 7, 10:00 am. Caregivers and children participate together in musical activities that enhance the four main areas of development--cognitive, social, motor, and language. 

Preschool Story Time: (Ages 2-5 years) Wednesday, November 8, 10:30 am.  Preschoolers will develop listening and early literacy skills while participating in story time with books, songs, and dance.

Children’s Movie: (Ages 12 and under) Wednesday, November 8, 3:30 pm. Watch The Emoji Movie (PG, 2017) at the library. Snacks and drinks provided.

Morning Meet-up: Thursday, November 9, 10:00 am-12:00 pm. Babies to preschoolers can bring their grown-ups for some fun social time. Use our meeting room to gather, play, and meet new friends!
