Children's Programs for June 17-23, 2017

LEGO League: (Ages 3-12) Saturday, June 17, 12:00-4:00 pm. Bring your friends and join us for creative building with LEGOS.

Flamingo Painting Party: (Family) Saturday, June 17, 2:00 p.m. Create individual or family artsy flamingos for your garden or home! Flamingo and all materials provided. Cost $5 per flamingo. Registration required.

Toddler/Preschool Story Time: (Ages 18 months to 5 years) Monday, June 19, 10:30 am. Young ones will be introduced to language and literature as they listen to stories, sing songs, and do fingerplays.

Summer Fun Club: (Ages 4-10) Monday, June 19, 1:00 p.m. Each week enjoy stories, crafts, and games as you celebrate our summer reading theme. Registration required.

CoderDojo: (Ages 7-17) Monday, June 19, 4:00- 5:30 pm. Learn to create your own games with beginning – advanced Scratch or develop your own website with beginning- advanced HTML. Please bring a laptop. CoderKids in grade 5 and under must also bring a participating parent. Online registration required @ www.shcoderdojo.com. 

Giving Tree Drum Circle: (Ages 12 and under) Tuesday, June 20, 1:00 pm. Kids of all ages learn about teamwork, community, and the cultural significance of the drum as they make music together.

Family Story Time: (Family) Wednesday, June 21, 6:30 p.m. Families can enjoy a fun story, activity, and craft. 

Intergenerational Story Time: (Family) Thursday, June 22, 10:30 a.m. Join us as we welcome guests from Safety Harbor Senior Living center! We’ll enjoy stories, songs, crafts, and snacks together as we celebrate our summer theme “Build a Better World” by connecting with others. Registration required.

Baby & Me: (Ages 18 months and under) Friday, June 23, 10:30 a.m. Enjoy special time with your baby while you listen to stories, sing songs, and learn fingerplays, followed by a play session.
