Summer at the Library means more time for reading books! Join us for the Adult Summer Reading Program where you will have a chance to win a Fitbit Blaze!
Mon 6/5-Fri 7/28 | Ages 18+ | FREE to participate

Summer also means more time to reflect on the good old days at the Classic Radio Drama Hour, where we will feature old episodes of 'The Lone Ranger' and eat nostalgic snacks with friends.

Are you worried about keeping in shape throughout the summer? Cooking with healthier alternatives can keep you on track! Caroline Blesson will be here to teach us how to use coconut oil in a variety of cooking. Samples will be provided to the first 30 attendees.

If you're looking for affordable treasures to read this summer, look no further than the Friends of the Library (FOL) Book Sale. We will have all genres of books in good condition as well as CD's, and DVD's. Most items don't cost more than $1 and proceeds benefit FOL.

Now on display at the Museum is our Founding Families and the Civil War exhibit. This exhibit tells the story of Pinellas' founding families that sent their men off to fight in the Civil War. Read about Sidney Youngblood, James McMullen, James Tucker and more! We also have artwork by Dee Suhr celebrating some recognizable landmarks and buildings around the city. This exhibit and artwork are on display through June. Be sure to stop by before it's gone!
