Once a month we will host a holiday themed party. Activity, crafts and games will be set up for you to explore with your little one! Bring your friends or call us to bring a mom's group! Please pre-register so we have enough for everyone.

Breakfast Blend Yoga

A class for everyone! Bring your family and friends!! This class will offer you a variety of Yoga styles ranging from Foundations to an invigorating Power Flow, or Yin or Restorative. One thing we will always do is have FUN! Wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat.

Pre-Ballet Class

This fun high-energy class is a combination of creative movement and classical ballet technique. French terminology is learned. Barre, center and across the floor exercises.

Mah Jongg Tournament for a Difference

This is a charity tournament that will make a difference in your Safety Harbor Community. Our new tournament format offers the unique opportunity to win some great prize money AND help those in need this holiday season. Tai Chi

Learn and practice the art of Tai Chi and Qigong. Tai Chi benefits are increased flexibility, balance and range of motion. Qigong is the perfect complement to Tai Chi and is a proven practice for effectively helping you gain optimal health, wellness and happiness; helping you heal physically and enhancing the quality of your life. This class is great for all levels, as well as for people with concerns of high blood pressure, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, cancer, or PTSD.
