For the first time, City of Safety Harbor has ranked on the Tampa Bay Times Top Workplaces 2021, a list based on employee feedback from their 2020 Workplace Survey. Employee responses to workplace culture that included alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership, performance, and the basics ranked City of Safety Harbor as a top workplace. One employee wrote – “I love my job because of the variety of projects that I get to work on and the people I get to work with.”
