PUBLIC APPEARANCE BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION

1. REQUEST RECOGNITION BY THE MAYOR.

2. COME TO MICROPHONE AND GIVE NAME AND ADDRESS FOR RECORD; MAKE ALL COMMENTS AND QUERIES TO OR THROUGH THE MAYOR. EACH PERSON WILL BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK ONCE ON EACH PUBLIC HEARING ITEM, AND WILL BE ALLOTTED THREE MINUTES IN WHICH TO DO SO.

3. THE "AUDIENCE TO BE HEARD" PORTION OF THE MEETING IS FOR COMMENTS RELATIVE TO ANY CITY RELATED ITEM NOT ON THE AGENDA.

4. CONSENT AGENDA

1. Approval of the November 20, 2017 meeting minutes.

2. Approve the purchase of wet well pumps from Xylem Water Solutions USA Inc. in the amount of $25,775 for the Highlands pump station replacement pumps and equipment.

3. Approval to purchase replacement fence in the amount of $43,722 from Fencing Solutions for the perimeter of Folly Farms Nature Preserve.

4. Approval to purchase the following replacement equipment in the amount of $42,353.40 from Bobcat of Tampa: 1.) T4 Bobcat Skid-Steer Loader, and 2.) Belshe Tilt Deck Transport Trailer, for the Leisure Services Department.

5. Approval of beneficiaries selected by the 3rd Friday Committee for the 2018 3rd Friday Music Series.

Adoption/denial of Resolution No. 2017-25 amending the FY 2018 budget.

SITE PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW A MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING ONE BUILDING WITH A MAXIMUM OF 20,000 GROSS FLOOR AREA OF COMMUNITY TOWN CENTER CHARACTER DISTRICT NON-RESIDENTIAL USES AND A SECOND BUILDING WITH A MAXIMUM OF 24 MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS (2017-22 SD AND 2017-21 DA)

Approve Second Amendment to Museum agreement with the Safety Harbor Museum of Regional History.
