PUBLIC APPEARANCE BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION

1. REQUEST RECOGNITION BY THE MAYOR.

2. COME TO MICROPHONE AND GIVE NAME AND ADDRESS FOR RECORD; MAKE ALL COMMENTS AND QUERIES TO OR THROUGH THE MAYOR. EACH PERSON WILL BE ALLOWED TO SPEAK ONCE ON EACH PUBLIC HEARING ITEM, AND WILL BE ALLOTTED THREE MINUTES IN WHICH TO DO SO.

3. THE "AUDIENCE TO BE HEARD" PORTION OF THE MEETING IS FOR COMMENTS RELATIVE TO ANY CITY RELATED ITEM NOT ON THE AGENDA.

4. 2. Approve/Deny a contract to Hubbard Construction Company in an amount not-to-exceed $300,000, for street resurfacing and other miscellaneous road work.

3. Approval of $44,446.00 to Advanced Marine Construction Inc. to replace the public boat ramp decking.

4. Adoption of Resolution No. 2018-11, opposing offshore drilling and exploration activities, including seismic airgun blasting.

Selection of four beneficiaries for the 2018 Wine Festival to be held November 3, 2018 on Main Street.

2. SPECIAL EVENT POLICY AND APPLICATION UPDATE

Approval of policy and application changes to city-wide special events recommended by the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board.

3. POTENTIAL CODE AMENDMENT DISCUSSION REGARDING VARIATION IN DESIGN AND ACCESSORY USES

Provide direction regarding potential Code amendments.
