Adopt/Deny Resolution No. 2018-22 establishing the annual rate of $39.00 per ERU for Street Lighting Services and Facilities charges imposed by the City.

2. SIDEWALK WAIVER REQUESTS BY PINELLAS PROPERTY VENTURES, INC. FOR 1050 JESSE AVE., 1040 JESSE AVE., AND 365 HAMILTON AVE.

Approval of sidewalk waivers.

3. QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING: ADOPTION/DENIAL OF RESOLUTION NO. 2018-14, CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION FOR A VEHICLE RENTAL ESTABLISHMENT IN THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M-1) ZONING DISTRICT AT 1600 SR 590 (SAFETY HARBOR INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX)

2. WAIVER REQUEST FROM GLOBAL SIGN AND AWNING FOR DAYDREAMERS CAFÉ AND GRILL AT 143 7th AVENUE N. TO WAIVE THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 209.02(C) THAT PROHIBITS WALL SIGNS FROM PROJECTING BEYOND THE ROOF LINE

Approve/Approve with Modifications/Deny waiver request pursuant to Section 100.00 of the Comprehensive Zoning and Land Development Code.

Appointment of one regular member to the Code Enforcement Board.
